Dive Trip

Time for another trip!  Tomorrow Ben and I are flying up to Cairns to go on a scuba diving trip.  We get on the boat Thursday evening and cruise overnight to the reef.  We will dive all day Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  Monday we are dropped off at Lizard Island and take a flight over the reef back to Cairns.  The reef is so far from shore that doing a liveaboard trip is the best way to get lots of good dives in.  We will have our own private cabin and there will be about 20 people on the trip.  It should be a fun experience to live on a boat for a few days.  Here is a link with more information about the trip: http://www.mikeball.com/4-nights-fly-dive-coral-sea

When we get back to Cairns on Monday we are picking up a rental car and driving north to the Daintree Rainforest region to spend three nights in a bed and breakfast there and explore the rainforest.  We are looking forward to some hiking and maybe seeing some crocodiles on a river cruise.  I'm not sure what our internet access will be like.  I'm guessing we won't have access in the middle of the ocean.:)  So there may not be updates for a while, but there will be plenty once we get back.
